Retainers hold the result once active treatment is finished. A retainer is included in the price of clear aligner treatment and of fixed-brace treatment.

Included in clear aligner treatment
A retainer is included in the price of clear aligner treatment. It is not a separate charge added at the end, and it is planned as part of your treatment rather than raised once the aligners come off.

Why retention matters
Teeth do not simply stay where an appliance leaves them. A retainer holds the corrected position while the tissue around each tooth settles, which is what turns a finished treatment into a lasting one.

Fitted from your own scan
Your retainer is made to the position your treatment finished in, from imaging taken at the practice. If yours is lost or broken, replacing it costs you nothing.
