A free consultation and a 3D scan
Your first visit is a 3D scan and digital imaging, taken in-house. The consultation costs nothing and there is no obligation to start. This is where the honest answer about what your case needs comes from — a scan, not a website.

Dr. Nael builds your plan
From your scan, Dr. Nael builds the movement plan and a simulation of your finished result. The plan is supported by AI-assisted analysis of the scan data, which sharpens the diagnosis and makes each stage of movement more predictable. Your plan is ready about twenty days after the scan.

You see the outcome, then decide
You review the simulation, ask questions, and decide with the finished result already in front of you. Nothing is manufactured until you have agreed to the plan. Your exact price is confirmed at this point, once the case is understood.

Your aligners are made
Your aligners are manufactured by Spark, to Dr. Nael’s prescription, from the plan you approved. They arrive at the practice about twenty days later and you are called in to have them fitted.

Fitting and daily wear
Your first aligners are fitted at the practice and you are shown how to insert, remove and clean them. You wear them 20 hours a day and change to the next tray every week. You take them out to eat and brush normally — the other four hours are yours.

Reviews against your original plan
You see Dr. Nael once a month. He checks your progress against the simulation you approved, adjusts the plan when a case moves differently than modelled, and sends you home with your next four trays — one for each week until the following visit.

Your retainer
A retainer is included in the treatment price. It holds the result once the active phase of treatment is finished, and it is either a removable clear retainer you wear at night or a permanent bonded one fitted behind the teeth — which of the two suits your case is Dr. Nael’s call.

Nothing is charged when you book. If you go ahead with treatment, billing is issued at the practice and settled at reception.
