Micro-implant supported orthodontics.
Small temporary anchorage screws placed in the jaw to give the appliance a fixed point to pull against. Used alongside aligners or braces where a case needs movement that teeth alone cannot anchor.

A free consultation and a 3D scan
Your first visit is a 3D scan and digital imaging, taken in-house. The consultation costs nothing and there is no obligation to start. This is where the honest answer about what your case needs comes from — a scan, not a website.

Why a case needs anchorage
Moving one group of teeth normally means pushing against another group, which tends to move too. A micro-implant gives the appliance a fixed point in the jaw to work against instead, so the movement goes where the plan intends it to.

Placement
The micro-implants are placed at the practice in a single appointment of twenty to forty minutes, and they work alongside your aligners or braces rather than replacing them. Aftercare is straightforward: keep the elastics intact, and follow the instructions you are given at the appointment. They are temporary, and how long they stay in depends on what your plan needs them for.
Placement: 20–40 minutes

Reviews through treatment
Dr. Nael reviews progress against the original plan at each visit, and adjusts it when a case moves differently than modelled. This is the kind of case his practice is built around — the ones that are not straightforward.
Start with the scan
The consultation is free and there is no obligation to start. You leave knowing what your case needs and what it will cost.
One visit, a 3D scan, and a plan you see before you commit. The consultation costs nothing.
