Bissan Medical Centre, Al Majaz, Sharjah
Bissan Medical Centre was founded in 1999 by Dr. Nael Abou Hassan, who continues to lead its orthodontic department as Founder and Executive Director. The centre treats adult and adolescent orthodontic cases with clear aligners and with fixed appliances.
It has grown into a multi-department centre of more than 22 doctors, 30 nurses and 20 further staff, alongside orthodontics: Dental, Cosmetic and Aesthetics, Dermatology, Urology, a Medical Lab, and Hijama. Twenty-six years of that history is Dr. Nael’s own practice.
Digital X-ray imaging, 3D scanning and clinical treatment are all in-house. Patients are not sent between an imaging centre and a clinic to get a diagnosis.

Digital X-ray imaging and 3D scanning happen at Bissan Medical Centre. That removes the wait for a referral appointment and the wait for results to come back before planning can start.
The plan is built before anything is made.
Every case starts as a 3D movement plan and a simulation of the finished result, which the patient approves before a single aligner is manufactured. Nobody is asked to commit to a year of treatment on the strength of a verbal description.
One orthodontist plans and reviews the case.
Diagnosis, the movement plan and the review of progress are Dr. Nael’s own work. Patients are not handed between practitioners between appointments.
