Each case shown here carries the treatment used and how long it took. Results vary between patients, and what your case needs is established from a scan rather than from a comparison with someone else’s teeth.

We publish a case only when the patient has given written consent for their images to be used. That is slower than borrowing stock photography or generic manufacturer imagery, and it is the reason this page grows one real case at a time.

At the free consultation Dr. Nael builds a simulation of your finished result from your own 3D scan. You see where your teeth will end up before you commit to anything — which is more useful than any before-and-after photograph of a different mouth.

No image appears on this site unless the patient has agreed in writing to its use. Cases without recorded consent are never published, however good the result.

### The cases Dr. Nael takes on are often the difficult ones.

Crowding severe enough that other clinics recommend extraction, bites that do not meet, jaw relationships that need correcting rather than disguising, and cases needing coordination with oral surgery. Twenty-six years of practice is what makes that range possible.
